Paths

Paths allow you to first define the set of events/actions that should be done in sequence in a maximum amount of time according to productivity and process targets. You can use drag & drop or ask AI to create the paths for you from natural language prompts.

Global View

Your Home screen provides an overview of KPIs and global usage reports across all applications within your environment.

Time Series

A report to show the time evolution of users´ activity data, you can adjust time periods, intervals, path types etc. to analyze what you need by volume, occurrence and by user.

Adoption and Recurrence

Admins can perform analysis on the adoption speed and repetitive behavior in a new action or path over a time period, split by new, returning and non-returning users.

Path Funnel

A report to show insights on each path to optimize business processes. You can view the number of users passing through each point, time spent (average and maximum).

User Activity

This analysis shows individual user activity over time (by hour, day, week) to understand which time slots where there is more activity globally and by path. This insight surfaces usage trends and outliers.

Duration Histogram

A time-based report to show time spent by users on different actions or paths by volume and percentage, this allows managers to pinpoint efficiency and productivity within workflows.

User Clustering

Clustering allows you to see an overall behavior pattern of users to see differences by actions and processes to understand if there are common issues for a user or a process / task.

User Timeline

Shows each action in a user´s history to understand a specific user´s activity and behavior to identify individual training or support needs.
