The Prodware Group Further Reinforces its Leadership by Appointing Serge Masliah as Corporate VP & Group Operations Officer
Prodware, partner of choice supporting the digital transformation journey of companies, and undisputed leader in Europe in its sector, announces that it has appointed Serge Masliah as Corporate VP & Group Operations Officer (CVP-COO). He is member of the Executive Committee reporting to the CEO.
In his cross-functional role structuring and coordinating the overall business activity, the Group Operations Officer is tasked with turning the strategy into an action plan with growth objectives, performance management metrics and annual planning of operations at the group level.
After recently welcoming Bertrand Launay as our new Corporate Group Revenue Partner, the appointment of Serge Masliah now completes a seasoned executive leadership team. The group continues to hire talents with the right skill sets and expertise to drive and support strong, sustainable and profitable growth as per its 2021-2025 Business Strategy.
Serge Masliah holds an Econometrics degree from the University of Paris X and the Insead (AMP) program. After pursuing an MBA degree in New York, he kicked off his career working at Saari in the early 90s. As Product Manager, he started the Spanish subsidiary in Madrid. In 1997, he joined Sage as Director of Product Marketing. After holding various management positions, he was appointed Managing Director of Sage France in 2015, then Managing Director Southern Europe in 2017. In 2019, he took over as General Manager of Southern Europe for Kyriba supporting the software vendor’s growth plan in charge of both strategic accounts and the indirect channel. As an experience-ready professional and communication expert, he has always contributed in developing the notoriety of the brands he has worked for. He has extensive experience leading strategic accounts across multiple geographies.

Serge kicked off his career in the early 90s as Product Manager for Saari where he started the Spanish subsidiary in Madrid. In 2004, he is appointed Executive Director of the Chartered Accountants Division where he gets acquainted with entrepreneurs and strategic accounts to later become Head of the SMB and Specialized markets 7 years later. In 2015, he gets promoted to EVP Managing Director of Sage France and then EVP Managing Director Southern Europe in 2017. In 2019, he joins Kyriba as General Manager of Southern Europe supporting the software vendor’s growth plan in charge of both strategic accounts and the indirect channel he developed.
