Manuli Fluiconnecto is an independent Italian group present across several continents. We are strongly geared toward international markets. Our core business is two-fold: manufacturing felxible hydraulics with Manuli hydraulics, leading European manufacturer and the distribution of flexible hydraulics with Fluiconnecto. We generate around 320 million € in revenue with close to thirty subsidiaries around the world.
REASONS FOR CHANGE?
We created a core model that helped us in improving efficiencies across the group.
We initially implemented several ERP solutions and wanted to bring together all these slutions into a single integrated solution for the whole group to better manage overall processes and management.
WHY PRODWARE ADJUST DISCRETE MANUFACTURING SOLUTION?
We already use Microsoft Dynamics AX in The Netherlands. This solution perfecty meets the requirements of our Dutch colleagues. Moreover the new updated versions provide finance management optimization features for purchases and sales. This tool can manage multiple item references including third party references. Because Microsoft Dynamics AX is multi-company, multilingual, and complies with several législations, the solution is ideal for all our subsidiaries.
WHY PRODWARE?
We needed a fully qualified Microsoft partner, a Partner able to address the entire Microsoft value proposition including ERP. We also needed an international player. With 74 points of sale we needed support acroos all these POSs. So it’s important that our partner be able to deploy internationally. We also needed a team of professionals to support us throughout the whole project and in the long run.
BENEFITS
The customization tool embedded in the ERP to help personalize the solution as specifically as possible and integrate other software tools with the ERP. We connected our ERP with WMS whihc is a slaes forecasting tool. This helped in optimizing the different workflows for Flui-connecto.
