Zanders chooses Prodware
Zanders’ marketing department wanted an easy and fast way to communicate more personally with their customers and prospects before, during and after the events they organize. They also wanted to increase attendance and improve the customer experience. They were also dissatisfied with the existing quality of their lead generation process and wanted a more focused dialogue with prospects to increase conversion rates.

Prodware was responsible for the migration to the new Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and its unified interface. Prodware also took care of the implementation of ClickDimensions for online marketing and the implementation of Howazit for an improved and more personal interaction with customers and prospects.
