Our work

THE CHALLENGE

Vitaldent was looking to take a leap in the personalization of the customer experience. In 2019, Vitaldent incorporated Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management to improve the productivity and management of its back-office processes, further supported by Prodware’s integrated accelerator Item Lifecycle Management. After the success of its implementation, they have once again opted for Microsoft’s cloud technology.

RESULTS

One of Vitaldent’s objectives is to place its patients at the center of its activity. To achieve this, it has enabled patients to be connected and so have the best possible experience.

With Microsoft tools, the company has a system that helps them to manage their data more efficiently, to maintain excellent clinician-patient communication and to have a technological platform that grows with them in a simple way.

The company recognizes that the coordination of a group of dental health clinics depends, to a great extent, on the perfect connections between its CRM, patient management system and enterprise resource planning. For this reason, the company relied on the experience of Prodware, a Microsoft partner, to develop its own patient management system based on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
