New IT solutions implemented
Multideur used on-premise old Dynamics NAV software. This hindered the ability to grow and respond flexibly. Multideur wanted faster access to complete customer data, faster follow-up of orders and better service. In addition, the field service team wanted to work more flexibly while on the road.
Together with Prodware, they have developed a forward-thinking digital transformation strategy and implemented new IT solutions including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Dynamics 365 Field Service, Office 365 and Power BI.
Make decisions faster
Following the implementation, Multideur can now focus on service thanks to the speed with which they can access crucial information. Operationally, the company is much stronger because everyone can immediately see the latest estimates, offers, special agreements and worksheets. The company is able to make faster decisions with Power BI with a 360-degree view of all customers, very useful for quickly answering customer questions and helping executives better plan for long-term growth.
