Fast Sales (based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales) was the solution Afiens Legal decided to implement to start managing customer relationships centrally. Its integration with Office 365 and the key functionality it includes was key in this decision.
With Fast Sales, they can now manage their contacts from Outlook, download and edit Excel reports, and upload data from Sharepoint such as invoices to CRM customer files.
